Ordering Prescriptions Posted or Updated on 2 Feb 2023

We would politely ask that all patients calling our surgeries to order prescriptions please do so after 10.30am.

Our lines are open from 8am onwards but they are very busy during the early part of the day with patients calling to make appointments or to make inquiries re a variety of urgent issues.

We appreciate that some of our patients are only able to call in the early part of the day and that others may have urgent concerns re a prescription that they need to speak to our staff as soon as possible and will continue to accept these calls.

However, for all other prescription requests, it would be much appreciated if patients could call after 10.30am.

Please also note that walk-in clinic at Croston Medical Centre, which is for CMC patients only, begins at 8.30am not 8am.
