Phone System Update

We are delighted to advise that the final phase of work on our upgraded telephone system has now commenced and the new system is expected to come into operation very shortly.
We have been determined to address the phone issues which have caused problems for patients for some time and we are confident the new system, which will operates at all sites across the group, will provide a much improved service for all users.
In the mean time, we are aware that patients are continuing to experience issues across the group and apologise for this.
We thank you for your continued patience and we would ask you to bear with us for a little while longer as the project to address the problem is completed.
