Our apologies but between 12 midday and 2pm on 15th January 2020 we are having a vital upgrade to our IT systems. We have asked for this to be done outside of normal hours, but this is not possible.

  • During this time the work may impact:

    –Our ability to access your medical record.
    –Our ability to check, order and authorise medication requests.
    –Our ability to answer the phone in a timely manner.

  • Please avoid any unnecessary contact during this time, as it’s likely we will have to ask you to contact us again after 2pm.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
