Phone Issues This Morning Posted or Updated on 15 Feb 2022

Please could all patients note that there has been an issue with the new phone system this morning, Monday, June 7.

The problem was an external one which was beyond our control but affected both our new system and the call redirection arrangement for those patients using our old contact numbers.

Thankfully, we have been advised that the problem has now been resolved and all our lines are now working normally.

We fully understand the frustration this issue may have caused and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
