Phone system upgrade

Message to all patients
We are aware that a number of patients have experienced difficulties in contacting us by phone at surgeries across the group.
We note from your comments and feedback that this has been a problem for some time.
We would like to advise that we take our service to our patients very seriously and apologise for any difficulties which have resulted.
We would point out that a number of these issues have arisen due to the group taking over surgeries where the phone system is outdated and of very limited capacity.
However, we are now addressing the problem as a matter of urgency and we are pleased to advise that a new upgraded phone system is shortly to be brought into operation across the group.
We hope this will alleviate many of the problems which have arisen and with this in mind, we are aiming to complete the upgrade as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience in the mean time, and would advise that we will be updating this website and our Facebook page as soon as there are any further developments.
