This is a notification to all patients. In the coming days to help deal with the coronavirus outbreak we will be introducing measures to limit access into our practice buildings.   For patients with a pre booked appointment, please be aware that there are likely changes to these appointments.  This may include a change of location, change to a telephone call, or in some cases a cancellation.

Should you develop a fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and believe you may have developed the Coronavirus - please stay at home, self isolate for 7 - 14 days and contact 111 should your symptoms worsen.   

PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE SURGERY.  Should 111 ask you to contact the surgery - please do so by telephone and await further advice.
