Covid Vaccine Booster Programme - Important Announcement Posted or Updated on 2 Feb 2023

We are pleased to advise that the Covid Autumn booster vaccination programme is now open and we are as usual involved in the delivery of the vaccine.

All our vaccinations will take place at our vaccination hub at Jubilee House, Lancashire Enterprise Business Park, Leyland PR26 6TR. 

The centre will be open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9am to 6.30pm every week until further notice, starting on Wednesday, September 14.

Eligible cohorts at this stage are those aged 75 years and over, those who are immuno-supressed and health and social care workers.

Those who are eligible can book through the National Booking System which you can access via the following link., selecting Jubilee House as your chosen site.

Alternatively, you can call 119 to book your appointment, and please call this number for phone bookings and related inquiries rather than calling our surgery sites.

Walk-ins will also be accepted at Jubilee House but please note those with pre-booked appointments will be given priority at all times.
