High Call Volumes Posted or Updated on 16 Mar 2020

We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high amount of telephone calls.  At the point of writing this at 3pm on Monday 16/03/20 we have received over 500 telephone calls, this is more than what we would expect to receive during a very busy Monday (full day) and we still have another 5 hours until we close.

If your calling regarding a routine matter which can wait please ring us later in the week.  If you need to speak to us, please bear with us.  Our call handlers are dealing with over 20 calls per person, per hour.
