Urgent message - phone issues

We are again experiencing extreme demand on our phone lines today.
This a similar situation to yesterday and we are aware that phone lines are extremely busy and patients may experience problems getting through by phone.
Please accept our apologies for this. We are attempting to address the issue as a matter of urgency.
We would add that our Covid vaccination programme is continuing today.
